“BUMP” Balıkesir University International Mail Print Exhibition – V Opened

Organized by the Department of Printmaking at Balıkesir University Faculty of Fine Arts, the “BUMP” International Mail Print Exhibition – V was opened on December 1, 2025 at the Balıkesir University Faculty of Fine Arts Exhibition Hall. The exhibition, which attracted great interest, hosted an extensive international participation. Within the scope of this fifth edition of the event, 141 works by 92 artists from 22 countries and 160 works by 130 artists from Türkiye were exhibited. Bringing together original printmaking works sent by mail, BUMP aims to strengthen cultural interaction through printmaking and to unite artists from different geographies on a shared artistic platform. The reproducible, portable, and globally distributable nature of printmaking contributes to the exhibition’s goal of international artistic exchange and enables the works to reach a wide audience around the world.
